    Return Policy
    Return Instructions:
    Before initiating a return or exchange, please read all return criteria listed below (product packaging, return address, refund conditions, etc.).
    If any of the criteria are not met, no refund/exchange will be issued. The amount will not be refunded to you.

    Return conditions:
    We accept refunds/exchanges within 30 days of delivery, except for customized models.
    Items returned must be in the same condition as received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, with original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted and will be refunded to you.
    If you receive a faulty product, you will be required to provide us with the relevant information to our customer service email address, and we will verify as soon as possible that the order is eligible for return
    For orders returned after 30 days of delivery, you will need to pay the return shipping fee.

    Return process:
    If you confirm that you need to return your order, you can contact our customer service email address to inquire about the return conditions and return address.
    Or you can refer to the return address in the return policy.
    You need to inform us the return order number after you return the goods. If you don't provide it, we can't correspond to your order and can't operate the refund.

    Multi-Order Returns
    If you are returning items from two or more separate orders, you must initiate a separate return for each order and send them back separately, otherwise we will not be able to record all returns.

    Return Fees:
    You are not responsible for shipping costs if the product is unusable, not as described, broken, etc. due to us.
    If we shipped the product correctly and you request to return it for your reasons (including that you are not satisfied with it when you receive it, it is not the right size, etc.), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

    Returns for refund:
    We will process the refund within 3-5 working days after receiving your returned package and checking that it is correct, and the refund amount will be returned to your order account in the original way.
    If the refund does not arrive, customers can contact our customer service email: support@TOUTOGERT.com, we will prioritize the process after receiving your information and inform customers after verifying/operating the refund.
    If you have not returned to the address specified in the policy, you are not eligible for a refund from us.

    Refunds only:
    If it was your issue that caused the package delivery failure (including but not limited to you providing an incorrect address, rejecting the package without contact, etc.) and you no longer need the package, we can only refund the amount excluding the shipping cost of $6.99.
    If the package is lost due to our reasons, the package is seriously damaged affecting the use of the product, we will refund all the amount.
